Why Plein Air Therapies?

Plein Air Therapies offers a unique approach to trauma therapy, anxiety, phobias, and life transitions by combining evidence-based treatments with nature-based healing.

The practice uses Clinical Hypnotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Eco-Psychotherapy, and mindfulness techniques in a gentle, body-focused approach that works with the nervous system's natural ability to heal.

What sets Plein Air Therapies apart is the integration of nature connection into the healing process, helping clients reconnect with themselves and the natural world as part of their recovery.

Located in Moonee Ponds, the practice serves Melbourne's inner north with both in-person clinic sessions and telehealth options available.

I'm a psychotherapist based in Moonee Ponds, specialising in trauma therapy, life transitions, and nature-based healing. I offer a holistic approach that combines clinical hypnotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, eco-psychotherapy, and mindfulness practices.

My work is guided by a trauma-informed approach that respects your nervous system's natural capacity for healing. I carefully pace our sessions to match what feels safe and manageable for you.

Just as 'plein air' artists took their work from studios into nature, I believe therapy works best when we move beyond traditional boundaries. I integrate the healing power of nature into our therapeutic process, helping you reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

My goal is to support you in building resilience, self-regulation, and deeper connections - to yourself, your community, and the life you want to create.

Available for in-person sessions in Moonee Ponds or telehealth appointments across Melbourne's inner north.

“I hope to inspire people to re-discover their original state of connection to all things. It’s my humble privilege to facilitate their process of remembering the innate, ancient wisdom deeply held within…

A remembering of the human condition, essential to hold a relationship between ‘self’, the natural environment and society.”
