What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session is a focused initial consultation, marking the exciting first step in your restorative process. This is a safe and collaborative space designed to help us gain a mutual understanding of your current concerns and activate your inner capacity for profound change. While life's experiences can sometimes obscure this potential, our primary goal is to leave you with clarity about the core patterns contributing to your discomfort and a clear, structured pathway forward. This will empower you to feel positive and ready to embark on your unique process of self-regulation and cultivate a sense of mental well-being.

Important Note: Due to the comprehensive nature of the initial intake and goal formulation conducted in this session, no direct therapeutic interventions (like Clinical Hypnotherapy or Somatic Experiencing) are initiated.
