Clinical Hypnotherapy has the potential to ‘fast track’ your treatment by efficiently bridging the subconscious mind with the conscious mind.

What is Clinical Hypnotherapy?

Clinical hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help you access your subconscious mind. In this naturally calm and focused state, your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and insights that support cognitive restructuring and behavioural modification.

Unlike stage hypnosis, clinical hypnotherapy is a collaborative process where you remain aware and in control throughout. It works by helping you bypass the critical, analytical part of your mind to address underlying patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that may be contributing to your concerns.

This evidence-based therapy can effectively treat anxiety, depression, phobias, stress-related conditions, sleep issues, and various other conditions by working directly with the part of your mind where lasting change occurs.
